Dublin North West Area Partnership (TAP) and the Finglas Support and Suicide Prevention Network (FSN) are pleased to announce a SafeTALK training workshop.
This workshop will prepares participants to identify persons with thoughts of suicide and connect them to suicide first aid resources. These specific skills are called suicide alertness and are taught with the expectation that the person learning them will use them to help reduce suicide risk in their community
Over the half day workshop participants learn how to provide practical support to persons with thoughts of suicide. Having completed the workshop participants will be better able to assist persons with thoughts of suicide.
