Question: Why have I received a letter from the Department of Social Protection Services requesting I attend an interview with Dublin North West Area Partnership?

Answer:  The Department of Social Protection has requested that you attend Dublin North West Area Partnership’s Local Employment Services so that we can help you explore your employment or further education and training options. When you attend for your appointment you will be given an overview of Pathways to Work by a member of Dublin North West Area Partnership’s Guidance team. This takes the form of a group presentation and outlines the services and supports available through Dublin North West Area Partnership and your responsibilities under Pathways to Work.  Following the presentation you will have an opportunity to meet with one of our Guidance team members to discuss your particular needs and options available to you.

Question: How long will the interview last?
Answer: Your appointment should last no longer than 30 minutes.

Question: Is there childcare available?
Answer: Unfortunately we do not have crèche facilities available at our offices.

Question: What do I need to bring along with me to the interview?

Question: Is there parking?
Answer: Limited Parking is available

Question: Where is DNWAP located?
Answer: Dublin North West Area Partnership has three offices. One located in Finglas  –  Cabra – Ballymun

Question: Do you provide counselling?
Answer: A qualified counsellor is available within the service one day a week. Clients are referred through mediators for short term counselling (10 sessions) It is free and confidential
