Basic IT Programme Getting Citizens Online – delivered in partnership with FIT Ireland
What is it ?
10 hour programme aimed at clients who are looking at building foundation skills in computers. Programme starts at complete beginners level and covers basic skills in starting and shutting down computers, opening programmes, keyboard skills etc. Programmes covered include Internet, Email and Word with emphasis in showing capabilities of computers and how they can be relevant to students interests.
Who is it suited for ?
Students with no or limited prior IT experience

What is the structure ?
Three days (10.00am to 12 noon/ 1.00pm) over one week – 2 hour/ 3 hour/ 3 hour sessions
How often do they run?
On average every six weeks across both Finglas and Cabra offices.
