Dublin North West Area Partnership works with existing and new local community groups to develop innovative solutions to exclusion issues within the catchment area.
Groups receive intensive practical and resource support to deliver actions to meet the needs of key target groups including;
- Children & Families in Disadvantaged Areas
- Lone Parents
- New communities
- People living in Disadvantaged Communities
- People with Disabilities
- Travelers and Roma
- The Unemployed
- Low Income Workers/Households
- Young people not in employment, education or training
Members of the Learning Forum support one another to develop best practice in Social Inclusion and share their learning with the wider community.
DNWAP hosts an annual Social Inclusion Seminar to showcase the projects and stimulate further networking and discussion centred around issues of Social Inclusion.
