This one day workshop is designed for those who work or volunteer with young people. The workshop has been developed by Headstrong: The National Centre for Youth Mental Health and has been very well received by participants from a wide range of organisations who have attended the workshop in other Jigsaw projects throughout the country.

- What is mental health and how does it develop?
- Adolescence and emerging adulthood
- The current landscape of youth mental health
- Signs of mental health difficulty and safety
