Jigsaw Dublin City  are delighted to invite you to a free training session to build capacity in frontline staff and volunteers to promote and support young people’s mental health. The session is hosted by DNWAP as part of our Social Inclusion Community Activation Programme (SICAP)

This one day workshop is designed for those who work or volunteer with young people and have completed the ‘Understanding Youth Mental Health’ session.

The workshop has been developed by Headstrong: The National Centre for Youth Mental Health and has been very well received by participants from a wide range of organisations who have attended the workshop in other Jigsaw projects throughout the country.

One Good Adult- Promoting mental health and resilience – Supporting young people’s mental health – Active listening skills -Reflective practice – Self –care

 The workshop will take place on 18th November  from 9:30am – 4:00pm Rosehill House, Finglas, Dublin 11
