Let’s Talk Women Update

Dublin North West Area Partnership was delighted to host ‘Lets Talk Women’ in Axis Ballymun on 7th October. Lets Talk Women was an opportunity to celebrate the contribution of Women in Dublin North West in Education, Enterprise and their community. Lets Talk Women was part of a series of events celebrating 25 years of Dublin North West Area Partnership.

Lets Talk Women brought together over 50 women in enterprise, education and the community to discuss the challenges facing women in the area and identify what services and structures could support women in Dublin North West to reach their full potential.

Speakers included Roisin Shortall T.D. & Eílis Ní Caithnía from the National Women’s Council of Ireland. The Threads Women’s Dance Project also spoke about the importance of their group to them and gave a fabulous performance.
